Join Apple’s Product & Commercial Legal group in London, advising the Wallet, Payments and Commerce business across Europe and Emerging Markets. A senior opportunity combining technology transactions, commercial advice and the legal questions surrounding digital services.
What to know
- Structure commercial arrangements and negotiate technology and services contracts.
- Advise on the rollout and operation of payments, digital identity, e-commerce and related services.
- Bring substantial commercial contracting experience and a strong understanding of technology transactions and IP.
- Knowledge of digital-wallet services, privacy and regulated markets is relevant.
- Work with business partners and legal colleagues across jurisdictions.
