The opportunity
Support JPMorgan Chase’s EMEA commodities business within Markets Legal. Advise on derivatives, physical trading and commodity finance, working closely with commercial teams on transactions across energy and metals markets.
What to know
- London-based appointment at Vice President or Executive Director level.
- Qualified lawyer with at least six years of relevant post-qualification experience in private practice or an in-house team.
- Experience in commodity-linked transactions, trading arrangements or structured commodity finance.
- Take a leading role in transaction documentation, negotiations and legal-risk assessment.
- Advise on regulatory questions affecting energy and other commodities activities, collaborating with business and control teams.
