A Vice President legal opportunity in Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities team. Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions alongside trading, structuring and investment banking colleagues.
What to know
- At least four years of relevant PQE from a well-regarded law firm or comparable financial institution.
- Work across mortgage and commercial mortgage-backed securities financing, receivables, repackaging and asset-backed securities.
- Relevant experience includes collateralised loan obligations and structured finance across different asset classes.
- Familiarity with UK and EU securitisation regulations is particularly relevant.
- Provide legal and regulatory input throughout the transaction lifecycle.
